Bus Crash No More Please!!!

Hi everyone,

My condolences to all those who know this people.. Because of the bus driver, these precious life was taken away. This is not the only incident that had happened.. So please do something to avoid this from happening again. There are many students that study outstation and we all travel back to our hometown by buses... I am from Penang and currently studying in KL and I always come back to Penang quite often.. To those who travel frequently, i recommend you guys to take Pluslinear or Nice. If you cant afford Nice, Pluslinear is as good.. I have been travelling to and fro from KL to Penang and Penang to KL by Pluslinear and there wasn't any problems and accidents occur.. The bus company or Pluslinear and Nice are more reliable. So please do something before it's too late.. I don't think all of you wanna see another accidents happening again? U never know? You might be the victim or you might even lose someone you really loved.. And I hope it will not happened.. So do something to avoid this from happening again..

We, the concerned youths of Malaysia express appalled anger towards the Slim River Bus Crash incident that claimed the life of Lee Nian Ning, Mohd. Zailani and Pang Boon Eng on the 25^th of January 2008. This is not the first time that such an incident has occurred. Despite numerous complaints and public uproar in the past, incidents like this continue to occur. It was reported that the driver’s company had 13 summonses on that bus itself. We find it unacceptable that such a company could have operated that vehicle on the road.

What are the explanations?

Hundreds of thousands of university students just like Nian Ning and us rely on such public transport to travel back home. A human life should not be taken lightly.

How could a vehicle with 13 summonses be free on the roads and not be held by the authorities?

We, the following, hereby demand that the relevant authorities set up a committee consisting of road safety experts and representatives from relevant public bodies to conduct a thorough study to find effective solutions to ensure that mistakes like this do not occur again in the future.

We will not be quiet until we see it in the media that satisfactory measures have been taken.

Yes Yes!!! I know what are you guys thinking.. Why are you online when your in Pangkor?? Lol.. They provide free 24 hours internet service here.. I just told Ewe Tiam about my problems and although he was busy working, he was still there to help me out. Sherlin's birthday!!!

How do I know Sherlin and the rest?? I know Sherlin when I participated in the Jordan Competition. I was helping her and her team to compete with the other colleges to win the first prize.. Am very grateful to be able to meet such a friend like her.. To make matter better, just because of the competition, I had also a chance to meet other 3 nice friends, Golda, Sue, and Jesly. Am glad that I got to meet all of you.. Hope our friendship will grow stronger each day.. Friends forever!!! Although I just know them for few months, I have enjoy hanging out with them. So anyways, back to Sherlin's Birthday. Her birthday was actually on the day of New Year, which was on the 1st of January, but since I was till in Penang, I couldn't celebrate with her on that day, so I plan to celebrate with her on the 3rd of January when I was back in KL.. So they plan was to surprise her.. I and my friend Golda, plan to take her for dinner, so I decided we go to Sheraton but Sherlin's was too busy and she say she might not have time, so I make a choose between Sheraton or Meridien and she decided Meridien. I told Sherlin that it was only 2 of us, but actually I was getting Golda there too.. Hehe.. Sherlin kept on asking me who else is going and i told her nobody.. Muahaha.. She wanted to change the date to other days but I insisted.. She finally said ok.. She said it was only a normal dinner right, I said yes.. I know if I said that am celebrating her birthday with her, she won't come. So finally, on the day, I met with Golda in 1 Utama and we hang around till around 6.30pm. At around 8pm when she arrived, she was shocked and surprise to see Golda there.. Hahaha.. She was speechless.. After that, we had a buffet dinner till 10.30pm.. After that, we went to visit and fetch Sue.. Then all of us when to Eye on Malaysia. But it was so late already so of coz it was close de. We cut the birthday cake there.. After that, we decided to go karaoke.. Hahaha.. So we went to Neway in Times Square and sing till 4am.. After that, we fetch Sue back, then Sherlin fetch me back and then fetch Golda back..

Sherlin, I hope u enjoyed urself that day... I really had a great time out with you guys.. We should hang out more.. Sadly, Golda will be leaving to Indonesia soon.. Sad Sad.. Hahaha.. Golda, when u come back we hang out more k.. Muahaha... Sherlin can be our driver.. Kekeke.. 'running away from her'

My Year 3 Prom Night- Renaissance Hotel

On the 19th of October 2007

Sorry guys for not updating it few months back... but u guys have to forgive me.. It takes so long to upload the pictures plus I was so busy that month onwards till exams.. That's why I didn't had a chance to talk about my year 3 prom night. Last year prom night was held in Renaissance Hotel, KL. It was organized by the DESCO committees headed by my friend Adeline.. It was fun and I had a great time there.. The food was good!!! You know sometimes this type of event or even during Chinese New Year, the food doesn't come out to the expectation but in this case, all the meals was good... Even though there was alot of difficulties while organizing this event, but am glad, they all really work very hard and managed to pull this event to a success.. Those who attended was actually having fun and I was glad most of my friends came too... I did even try and also persuade people to purchase the ticket, to make life abit easier for the committees.. Finally, during the event, the committees was nervous but in the end, it was a success.. So congrats to all the DESCO committees... You guys did a good job..
